It worked for about 3 months and then had the "Zoom Error". The lens had been fully retracted, and merely twitched when powered on, displaying 'Lens error' on the screen.Put the nozzle on the Dyson and worked it over the lens assembly for Looked very bad for me.Then I found this posting. I tried turning the camera on and off, but to no avail. tried different settings , no change. Turned off camera and performed slightly-more-than-gentle twisting of the lens.
