I would suggest not to buy Fujifilm product for such a poor service to their product. The description of the ribbon error is exactly what has happened. Suddenly it is started to work and the zoom error is gone. Camera Lens Stuck To fix it, I just pressed the on button and the moment lens comes up I just holded it tighly using my finger grip so that lens was in the open
