Does anybody know of a URL or another place I can submit this to? I found that the problem is VShell is negotiating that it can communicate at SFTP V4 and it CANNOT. Now, when it gets to file #2 in download, ftp displays size of file as 140 Trillion bytes, when it's actually 10k. You may have to just get rid of them. Socket Error # 10038: If you are using Serv-U modify your FTP server settings so that the following are unticked: “Block anti time-out schemes”, “Block FTP_bounce attacks and FXP”, and “Block Could be file association problem. WHS is just like Vista, in that many things were promised, but in reality I am NOT able to actually use WHS as advertised. I don't see this problem if I use older versions of winscp older than 3.6.7 which makes me believe that something changed in the later versions of winscp that is causing I also tried using 'regsvr32 \windows\system32\comctl32.ocx', but that came up with an error too.
